Mary Seeland graduated from Wheaton College (Wheaton, IL) with a BA in education. In 1998 she began a neuro-developmental program for her twin daughters that are on the autistic spectrum. She worked with neuro-developmentalists Cyndi Ringoen, Linda Kane, and Kay Ness. She has experience using both the Spectrum Diet and GAPS diet for her family. She studied herbalism with Shonda Parker and graduated from the Practical Academy of Homeopathy in October 2024. She and her husband Mark have homeschooled their 1 1 children for 34 years and they have 10 grandchildren. Mary and Mark live in Texas. They are members of the Weston A Price Foundation.
